Joseph Ho M.D.

Dr. Ho is the co-director and co-founder of Advanced Solutions Pain Management. He received his bachelor degree from Yale University where he graduated with Distinction in the Major.  He received his medical doctor degree from Tufts University School of Medicine.  He then completed his Internal Medicine internship at New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens, an affiliate of Cornell Medical School.  For his residency in Anesthesiology, Dr. Ho trained at Harvard Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.  He further enriched his education by completing a fellowship in Pain Management at Harvard Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.  He is board certified in Pain Management and Anesthesiology. Dr. Ho has received "America's Top Physician" honor from several independent research groups.

Throughout his Harvard medical training, Dr. Ho has gained extensive experience in both the medical and interventional aspects of pain management.  He is described to possess exceptional technical skills, sound character, and has the personality of an excellent pain physician.

In addition to treating all variety of pain conditions, Dr. Ho also has special interests in intradiscal procedures (discography, nucleoplasty, IDET), trigeminal neuralgia, cervicogenic headaches, chronic pelvic pain, and spinal cord stimulators.

Dr. Ho is the former Director of Pain Management at White Plains Hospital. He is a founding member of the New York Pain Society, a lifetime member of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, an active member of the Society for Pain Practice Management, Westchester Medical Society and Medical Society of the State of New York.

Sabrina Shue M.D.

Dr. Shue is the co-director and co-founder of Advanced Solutions Pain Management.  She received her undergraduate degree with the highest honor and highest distinction from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  At UNC, she was the recipient of multiple honors including the Venable Medal (given to the most outstanding graduating senior in the major), National Dean's List, and All-American Scholar.  Dr. Shue attended University of North Carolina School of Medicine and received her medical doctor degree while was awarded the Edwards-Hobgood Scholarship.  She completed her residency training in Anesthesiology from Harvard Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.  There, she was given the American Pain Society Scholarship as well as the Nancy E. Oriol Award for the most outstanding resident in obstetrics anesthesia.  She then completed a Pain Management fellowship at St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital, an affiliate of Columbia University.  She is board certified in both Pain Management and Anesthesiology. Dr. Shue is named an "America's Top Physician" as well.  In addition, she also has received certification from the Harvard University Acupuncture Course.

Besides having a strong clinical background, Dr. Shue also has extensive research experience which includes a research fellowship at the National Institutes of Health (NIH).  Her work has been published in multiple scientific and medical journals. She has been invited as a guest speaker at various hospital grand round presentations, including Harvard Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.

Currently, Dr. Shue's special interests include intradiscal procedures (discography, nucleoplasty, IDET), chronic abdominal pain, cancer pain, spinal cord stimulators, and intrathecal pumps.  She is also skilled in managing all other pain conditions.

Dr. Shue is the current Director of Pain Management at White Plains Hospital and the Director of Department of Anesthesia at Meadowbrook Endoscopy Center. She is also an active member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, the American Society of Regional Anesthesia, Westchester Medical Society, and Medical Society of the State of New York.
